Tribal Jewelry for the Bridal Party

Friday, April 24th, 2009

Every woman wants her wedding to be perfect and unique. It has been a tradition for the bride and groom to give a gift to their bridal party, the best man, maid of honor and the ladies in waiting (bridesmaids) and their escorts. They all dress exactly alike, their jewelry should be the same.

Like so many things about a wedding, tribal pendants have meaning. Obviously, you are not going to give out pendants that are of a fight symbol. Unless that symbol actually means something like courage or bravery. You could give out fight necklaces to bridesmaids with the meaning of courage under fire because they have to put up with a stressed-out bride. You should really check out the meanings before getting the tribal jewelry for your party.

You could also choose variety of bracelets and earrings for bridesmaids. Make sure they are all matching to keep in style with the rest of the wedding decorations, if nothing more than color. For the men, you may choose from watches or rings that are in the same style and color. You can even choose Chinese pendants for both the men and women.

Just remember that the jewelry you give to your bridal party should coordinate with the theme of your wedding. Most tribal jewelry has a meaning. You will want to match that meaning with the theme of your wedding. Just remember, the bride is the center of attention and she should be the one that everybody is looking at.
